So you want to lose weight ?

I have battled with my weight since my early 20's i wasnt very big at that age but i wasnt totally happy with my weight but after i had my children i put loads of weight on then that was when i really had a battle with my weight. I have tried so many diets weight watchers, slimming world, herbal life, slim fast and the list goes on if you have ever tried to lose weight but have had a losing battle then you will know what i mean i would lose weight then i would put it all straight back on.

When i joined this company i love the products but when i heard about the weight loss programme i just knew this would be like no other as all the products i use i have had fantastic results with.  Well i was waiting for it to come to the UK well my wait was finally over as when we went to a convention last year (2012) in march the weight loss product came out and was in Europe.

Well the guy who does the product mark macdonald who is a fitness and nutrion expert so he knows ecatly what he is talking about was at the convention and he asked the audience 'who eats 3 times a day' well most of us put our hands up i throught everyone eats three times a day then he asked 'who eats 6 times a day' i throught 6 times a day you've got to be kidding who eats 6 times a day you would be hudge if you eat that amount of food well there were a few people who put their hands up well wanst i surpised then mark then proceeded to tell us how the programme works and its name is RVL and that these people who had been eating 6 times a week were part of the programme to see if it really worked well its really works the results were amazing.

Here is a video below where mark macdonald is talking about this brillient programme.

I started this weight loss programme and i couldnt believe how well it was working the food i eat i just absolutely love it and one of the best things i love about this programme is it ISNT a diet we say ditch the diet well i am 3 stone lighter and down 3 dress sizes i was a size 18 and now i am a size 14 and will soon be a size 12 as my clothes are getting loser i have not been a size 12 since my early 20's so you can imagine that when i get there i will be absolutely thrilled so if you are straggling with your weight or losing weight i encourge you to get in contact with me and i will help you lose weight with this fantastic product it has changed my life as becase before i went on this weight loss programm all my confidance had gone and i just felt so low about myself but now my confidance is coming back and i feel great about myself now so i so know how you feel if this is you.  Below are a few pictures of me my before picture and the pictures after you can see the weight is coming of and this could be you to succedding with weight loss.

Here is one of the recipes i have used and my kids loved it its Spicy  turkey and black bean chilli it tasted absolutely delicious.

Spicy Turkey and Black Bean Chili
  • Makes: ~ 7 Servings
  • Serving Size: 1 heaping cup
  • Nutrition Per Serving
  • Calories: 258
  • Protein: 20 grams
  • Carbs: 25 grams
  • Fat: 7 grams
Our rich and spicy chili recipe is easy to make and perfect for family dinners and “grab and go” meals all week long. Fresh toppings like sour cream, cilantro and diced red onion add texture and flavor. Try doubling the ingredients for plenty of extra meals throughout the week. To increase the heat, add more cayenne pepper or jalapeno.
Ingredients:
  • Pam Cooking Spray, as needed
  • 1 (20 ounce) package 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt plus extra if necessary
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 28 ounce can diced tomatoes (We like Cento brand Petite Diced)
  • 20 ounce can black beans
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small red onion or bunch of scallions, finely chopped
Preparation:
  1. Spray a pot over medium high heat with fat free cooking spray. Once hot, add ground turkey and break up meat with spatula. Add cumin, thyme, salt, cayenne, and paprika and cook until turkey is no longer pink (about 7 minutes). Once turkey is cooked, remove turkey from the pot with a slotted spoon (keeping as much fat as possible in the pot) and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper to pot and sauté for approximately 5 minutes. Season gently with a pinch of salt. Add jalapeno and garlic and continue to sauté for another minute.
  3. Add turkey mixture to the vegetables in the pot and stir well. Add tomatoes and beans and simmer covered over low heat for about 25 minutes until thickened. Top with 1 tablespoon of sour cream per serving, red onion and cilantro. Enjoy!
What is the Balance?
This recipe has a great balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat and is a complete meal.

Here is a video that was taken when we was doing a workout with mark macdonald when we was in lisbon.
